Insurance:
We can send request for payment to most insurance plans. If your plan requires you to see a dentist on a network that is performing treatment at a discount, please contact the insurance company for info on seeing a non-discount dentist. Pease call our office to make an appointment and to ask any questions you may have.
Payment Options: 
We accept all major credit cards, ATM cards, cash and personal checks.
For our patients' convenience we have arranged payment plans through a third party company that helps our patients receive their treatment in a timely manner.
